I am Lydia Dant, Professional Triathlete. Since October 2021 I have been racing as a professional athlete over middle and full distance triathlon. I also hold an elite XC Mountain Bike License.

 

 ​Since starting my professional career I have achieved the following: 

​2022: 1st: Ironman Lanzarote (setting a new bike course record)2nd: Luxembourg 70.3 2nd: Swansea 70.3 1st: Vichy 70.3 

​2023: 1st: Ironman Lanzarote 

 

​I am here to help any cyclist or triathlete with their bike fit, remembering what it is like to start cycling having taken myself on that journey over 12 years ago.
